Born in Uruguay, into an Italian family, Marcio is a Bilingual Creative Director and Copywriter with 14 years of experience in South America and the US Hispanic market. 

In advertising he worked for Publicis Impetu, Grey, Euro RSCG, and as General Creative Director in McCann Erickson Uruguay, overseeing projects in multiple countries. While working for major brands like Coca-Cola, Sprite, Fanta, Nestlé, General Motors, MasterCard, L’Oréal, American Airlines, and Johnson&Johnson, he was recognized with over 30 awards in Uruguayan and international advertising festivals.

In entertainment, in Los Angeles, he worked for MundoFOX and ESPN for the Hispanic market, developing the strategy and launching campaign for TV shows, Series, and every imaginable format that people enjoy on a screen. 

Currently, he keeps learning about advertising and entertainment as Bilingual Creative Director - Copywriter, at Walton Isaacson, a Multicultural agency. Every day, he looks for the opportunity to move forward the conversation on diversity and inclusion in the industry, creating stories for brands like Lexus; a client that recently granted him the honor of working on an integrated campaign in partnership with the groundbreaking Marvel's Studios Black Panther movie.
