Established in 2017, “YOU DON’T KNOW ABOUT ME” is an innovative leadership program that unites brave and powerful voices in order to inspire deep and meaningful conversation. By fostering the critical skills of confidence, vulnerability and solution-driven thinking, “YOU DON’T KNOW ABOUT ME" encourages claiming challenges with a Power-Not-Pity approach.

We all have struggles. Wallowing in a “woe is me” mindset stalls growth, but the act of choosing to reframe our struggles as challenges to be overcome ignites solution-driven thinking. Instead of burdens to be pitied, our challenges become sources of power in our own lives and for others. 

“YOU DON’T KNOW ABOUT ME, BUT… I lack self-confidence, so I found mentors who encourage me to believe in myself and remind me that I can do anything I put my mind to. I’ve learned the importance of surrounding myself with people who bring out my best. And something else YOU DON’T KNOW ABOUT ME is that I’m currently working on my second album, and it is coming soon.”
